The Site HR Manager is responsible for overview and implementation of all site HR policies, processes, and procedures. The successful person in this position will have the ability to oversee the site policies and coordinate with the company handbook; be the point person for site legal issues; hourly and salary compensation plans, position descriptions, company policies; continually improve and suggest HR practices to remain competitive; oversee all facets of employment such as testing, evaluations, promotions and transfers; oversee all site HR metrics and track performance of the Terre Haute site; familiar with standard Human Resources concepts, practices, and procedures within employee relations. The HR lead for SAP/HR modules and data management. Leads projects to gain insight into our employee data coming out of and going into SAP. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required. |
