Resident Manager

We are seeking a General Manager for a Student Housing property located in Bloomington, Indiana for a fast growing company. Must have 4 to 5 years experience managing student housing and be able to analyze and manage the marketing, maintenance and financials of a large property.  The perfect candidate will be able to build and grow a strong team while motivating and driving sales.  This is an excellent growth opportunity with a well established property management company.  Will negotiate relocation for the right candidate!
