Assists Human Resources as required.

Conducts recruitment effort for all exempt, nonexempt, and temporary personnel.

Acts as Employment Equal Opportunity Officer.

Coordinates Performance program.

Conduct data entry into human resource database.


Specific Requirements


Bachelor’s Degree in business management, human resources, Human Services, Psychology, or related field from a four-year college or university.

PRH certified preferred.

Valid driver’s license.


Additional Information


ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Distributes and receives time exception reports on a regular and timely basis

  • Inputs time recorded on exception report

  • Maintains employee garnishment files, forwarding all received garnishments to the Resource Center

  • Maintains applicable records for state and federal reporting

  • Maintains and distributes applicable reports for overtime comparisons and labor distributions

  • Maintains benefits accrual information

  • Ensures compliance with policies and procedures to facilitate proper functioning of payroll services

  • Responds to payroll emergencies as they arise

  • Demonstrates the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, employees, and Resource

Center Staff

  • Dependable and accepts responsibility for attendance and punctuality

  • Flexible and adjusts workload to accommodate changes in priorities and workload
