Supt Part Time - Ivy Tech Community College - Terre Haute, IN

Major Responsibilities

1. Provide end-user support by responding to Help Desk requests assigned by supervisor.

2. Follow regular equipment cleaning and maintenance schedules.

3. Perform troubleshooting as assigned on desktop PCs, laptop PCs, printers and projectors.

4. Be mindful of physical and data security for lab equipment and software.

5. Image and install workstations and printers on the LAN as assigned by supervisor, ensuring work is documented for future reference.

6. Assist in moving equipment as assigned.

7. Always provide technical and user support and guidance in a positive and cooperative manner, exhibiting friendly, professional appearance and demeanor at all times.

8. Other duties as logically associated with position may be assigned.

High School diploma required. Associate Degree preferred. May substitute equivalent experience and or certifications for degree.

Must be proficient with current hardware and software technology. Professional experience preferred.

Minimum Qualifications

Must possess good written and oral communication skills. Must be dependable. Must be physically capable of lifting up to 30 pounds repeatedly. Must be motivated and capable of following complex instructions. Must be willing to work nights and weekends as needed. Must be willing to accept additional training if required.
