Electrician/Multi-Craft Mechanic. National Gypsum Company, located in Clinton Indiana, a leading manufacturer of cement backer board which is used as tile underlayment, is currently searching for an Electrical/Instrumentation Multi-craft Mechanic. Desired qualifications: Versed in AB ControlLogix & Flex Logix, A/C variable speed drives & motion controllers; Strong electrical (480vac), fabrication skills w/ability to engineer & design solutions for process changes; Positive attitude toward change & ability to adapt & relate to work environment & associates; Strong communication & leadership skills to maintain open & friendly working climate; Demonstrate clear focus on safety as main priority of job; Strong working knowledge of PLC programming & troubleshooting; Willingness & ability to handle multiple tasks & responsibilities; Ability to organize & prioritize repairs & preventative maintenance planning; Excellent problem solving, troubleshooting & mechanical skills; Ability to be flexible w/hrs, schedules & on-call rotation; 5+ yrs electrical exp. preferred.
