We are in the process of identifying world-class Data Analysts and Finance Analysts (U.S. Citizens only)to join our Federal Practice Area in a full time or 1099 capacity(no third party, please).  Start date is expected on/about October 2016 in Crane IN. 


 


The ideal candidates must possess the following  Required Skills/Qualities:


  • U.S. Citizenship (no dual status)

  • Local or willing/able to relocate to the Crane IN area

  • Department of Defense experience

  • US Army Logistics Modernization Program (LMP) experience 

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)  

  • Current IT clearance or eligible

 


  • US Army CAAA depot level experience is preferred                     

  • Bachelors degree is a plus                

 


Data Analyst (US Army LMP – Responsibilities include the collection and entry of required data into government management information systems and databases.  Duties will also include providing support services in various data management areas:  data analysis/collection, reproduction, distribution, and report preparation. Familiarization AND experience with U.S. Army Logistics Modernization Program (LMP), SmartChain and the current web-based Receipt Control Number (RCN) Data Base within the Munitions Transportation Management System (MTMS) is critical.  Must possess SmartChain and MTMS experience and a minimum of 4 years budget/data analyst experience                       


 


Data & Business Process Analyst (US Army LMP) –  Responsible to support the Manufacturing Directorate to ensure cost estimates are properly prepared to accurately reflect work done by CAAA.  Extensive coordination is needed to ensure job specifications are met, work is performed to standard, and within quality program requirements.  Process documentation is needed for Ordnance, Pyrotechnic and Countermeasure production, renovation and demilitarization. The documentation would be to support Process Safety Management (PSM) and new quality Statement of Requirements (SOR). The documentation would be items like Process Flow Diagrams (PFD), Failure Mode & Effects Analysis (FMEA) and Control Plans (CP) but not limited to these documents. The development of these documents would require technical analysis of products and processes for potential failure modes and to develop mitigation plans as well as controls and reaction plans to improve safety and quality. Must also possess Visio or other process flow tool experience and a minimum of 4 years data analyst / business process flow analyst role experience                       


 


Financial Analyst (US Army LMP)  – Duties will be in support of CAAA.  Duties to include the collection and entry of required data into government management information systems and databases.  This position will have an active role in the monthly reporting and analysis, ad hoc reporting, budgeting, forecasting and projections.  Duties will also include providing support services in various data management areas:  data analysis/collection, reproduction, and distribution.  Must possess a minimum of a minimum of 4 years budget/data analyst experience
