Description

Manages the key business engagement functions, technology change programs, service improvement functions, demand forecasting;
BPR where new technology is being deployed, financial & economic analysis, maintains a network of technology champions/coordinators within business groups who are the eyes and ears of SDM;
Maintains the relationships with projects and architecture teams;
Manages the engagement and stakeholder management the IS service delivery functions and the business;
Implement a proper governance model to ensure services are run smoothly and we adhere to the service levels defined;
Reporting. Prepare Service review reports both for Internal Management and the Business;
Escalation Management- Manage all the user/ business escalations;
Actively involved in Financial Management and Supplier Management;
Actively participate in ICC's.

Essential Responsibilities

- Undertake review calls which are held as a part of the governance model.
- Taking the minutes for all the review calls.
- Actively participating in Stakeholder meetings
- Scheduling the review forum internally as well as with the stakeholders
- Escalation Management. Assist SDM in managing escalations
- Preparing Service Review reports
- Help in administrative work related to RSDM and manage calendar, meeting schedules, etc.Degree in business or technology related subject

Required Skills

- 10 years of industry experience, with a background in management/ technology consulting or operational delivery;

- Experience of business engagement and requirements capture, may have come form a customer services, presales consulting or indeed account management role;

- Verbally articulate with excellent literacy and numeracy skills.
