Something remarkable happens when you bring together people who are driven to make a difference – they do.Clinical Applications Specialist-CTResponsibility for increasing the sale of GEHC products to the medical community by assisting the Field Sales Representatives with pre-sale and post-sale customer support including on site clinical in-servicing, go-live support, and troubleshooting.Work closely with the field sales organization to clinically support GEHC customers in pre-sales and post-sales situations including on site clinical in servicing, go-live support and troubleshooting. Work with the Project Manager and Service Organization teams to coordinate training events at the assigned customer installation site. Actively participate in the development of customer training tools and providing input in regards to relevant clinical tools needed for future products and servicesAssociates degree from accredited Nursing program, or a clinical certificate and 3 years experience of work experience in a clinical environment, or a high school diploma and 7 years of work experience in a clinical environment. Necessary experience in CT required
Willingness to travel within your specified geographic regionBachelors degree from accredited Nursing program or related field of study
GEHC Product experience
Experience in facilitating adult learning
Experience with PC skills and an understanding of networked environments
Experience in Technical, Clinical, or Applications in NIC
Experience interfacing with both internal team members and external customers as part of a solution based service process
Experience troubleshooting and responding to customer concerns
Exceptional interpersonal skills
Exceptional skills as a change agent and process oriented individual
