Budget, Payroll, and Risk Management Systems Analyst - INDIANA STATE UNIVERSITY - Terre Haute, IN

The Budget, Payroll and Risk Management Office is seeking applicants for the positon of Budget, Payroll, and Risk Management Systems Analyst. This position assists with IT related projects for the office and provides report writing support for the Banner HR, Banner Finance, and Kronos systems. Primary responsibilities include:

• Create, maintain and support user reports for Banner HR, Banner Finance, and systems supplemental to Banner using MS Access, Argos, and SQL.
  


• Provide technical expertise and assistance with training and system documentation for IT projects.
  


• Represent the office on various campus wide IT committees and ensure compliance with IT policies.
  


• Coordinate Banner HR data security and ensure the office maintains high data security standards.
  


• Assist other staff with data entry, control totals, balancing, vendor reporting, customer service, and other duties as needed.
  

Applicants must have extensive knowledge of the tools used to retrieve this data and a basic understanding of the data tables within Banner HR and Finance and supplemental systems to ensure the accuracy of reports.

Required Education and Experience: Bachelor’s Degree (4 years); 3-4 Years SQL and/or Reporting Writing Software Skills such as MS Access or Argos.
