Title: Development Project Manager, Retail Construction

Location: Indianapolis, IN

We are working with a Commercial General Contractor & Developer that is looking to add a Development Project Manager,to the Retail Construction division.  This company is a nationally, well-known and established developer & builder. This position is open due to growth in new and existing markets.The company also offers industry-leading compensation, with highly competitive salaries, starting with six-figures and full health benefit programs.This is a new position and will be a key contact for the company’s retail design and construction team.

Requirements:

·                4 year degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Civil Engineering or related field

·                At least 5 years’ successful experience in retail project management; retail development, strip mall experience is a plus!!

·                Strong knowledge of Real Estate Transactions that include Negotiation, Acquisition, Retail Lease, Purchase & Sale Agreements

·                Successful history of budget controlwith strong knowledge of Proformas and experience projecting financial performance as it relates to retail development projects

·                Strong computer skills to include Microsoft Word, Excel, Project Management scheduling &tracking software

·                Experience with city & state zoning/permitting to include landscaping, highway, utilities and erosion control
