Deposit Operations Clerk - First Financial Corporation - Terre Haute, IN

Assists all areas within the Deposit Operations department during vacations, sick days, and busy times, etc.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Basic computer skills, with data entry experience being a plus.

Primary Activities

ACCOUNT NUMBERING


·


Process incoming checking and savings signature cards to ensure proper completion. Confirm required legal documents are received with signature cards.


·


Verify signature cards for all newly opened accounts are received through new accounts report.


·


Place holds on new accounts where signature card were not received.


·


Monitor request system and follow up with Branches to ensure signature cards and other missing documents are received.


·


Perform quality review of information provided by account holder has been properly entered into the system and make corrections as necessary.


·


Assist Branches with questions regarding customer accounts.


·


Process title changes, product type changes, and other changes made to checking and savings accounts.


·


Compare documents received with Encore Work Queue.


·


Complete maintenance on employee accounts.


·


Complete quality control tracking reports.


TIN/OBITUARIES


·


Review Obituaries in newspapers/online within FFB service area and compare to current customer database.


·


Complete log sheet with customer and account(s) information at time of death.


·
