Customer Service & Entry Technician - iMechanic Inc - Terre Haute, IN






Monday-Friday 10-7pmand Saturday 10-5pm
Job Title: iDevice Customer Service and Technician

Duties and Responsibilities


  • Ensure customers are handled up to iMechanic Standards

  • Perform Entry Level Repairs

  • Provide excellent customer service

  • Updating repair orders, accessory details and keeping systems up to date.

  • Tracking/sorting/logging inventory

  • Informing customers of iMechanic products and services

  • Using knowledge and policies to offer solutions for customers

  • Perform cleaning duties/organizing and standard upkeep of the store

  • Support customers with diagnosing device issues.

*Requirements*
The eligible individual will ensure each duty and responsibility is probably performed while on duty. The candidate has to be timely and proficient in handling all of the above responsibilities.*Position is currently available.


$10.00 /hour


Salary: $10.00 /hour
