We’re looking for grads and entry level professionals who are hungry for career growth into management and to be a part of our expansion in the Terre Haute Market. It is our belief that great managers and team leaders know the business they work in from the ground up. This is why we are looking for entry level team members to come train with our system for acquiring and retaining quality customers for our clients; so that we grow our management team always knows where their people are coming from, and how to find success in their entry level roles.


We’ve recently expanded in Terre Haute, IN and our clients want us to double in size so we can grow their market share nationwide, but also right here at home. For this to happen we need entry level professionals who are self motivated and drive, who can be promoted into management and leadership roles based on personal merit and performance… never favoritism or seniority.


 


 


Job Requirements


This position is full time and includes responsibilities in:


· marketing and sales management


· sales and marketing presentations


· management and business development


· training new marketing and sales communications managers


· leadership and team building both in and out of work


· business communication management


· leadership and training as a manager


· organization and time management


 


Salary and Benefits:


· $32,000- $42,000 base salary

Requirements:


· MUST BE LOCAL AND ABLE TO START IMMEDIATELY


· 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in customer service, sales, public relations, advertising, promotions, marketing or management with proven success, however we offer paid training for qualified applicants.


· Must have wide range of experience and understanding of the marketing including product positioning, pricing, promotions, market research, sales and distribution.


· Should be a proactive self-motivated individual with the ability to work independently. Need strong ability to set priorities, solve problems, and be resourceful under pressure.
