Accounts Payable - Child Adult Resource Services - Rockville, IN

Child-Adult Resource Services, Inc. in Rockville, IN is seeking an Accounts Payable Manger for its accounting department. Candidate must have a two-year accounting degree and have at least two years experience in accounts payable, account reconciliations, and general ledger work as well as assisting with the general accounting functions. Job Duties include preparing vendor payments for all C.A.R.S. divisions as well as fielding all questions and correspondence with vendors, cash flow monitoring and maintenance, internal cash reporting, internal payables reporting such as preparing invoices and checks for distribution. Experience with a Not-For-Profit Agency is preferred. Ideal candidate must be self-motivated and work well independently.
