Performs a variety of administrative/secretarial functions in support of the Collection department, such as composing and word processing a variety of documents and correspondence, relaying and resolving routine telephone and/or walk-in inquiries, performing data entry, and establishing and maintaining records.
Assist the Collection Manger in the process of liquidating assets, litigation, bankruptcy process, preparation of reports and other duties.

- High school diploma.
- Previous experience in a clerical/secretarial position.
- Prior banking experience with collection experience a plus.
- Extensive knowledge of PC and various word processing (Microsoft Word) and spreadsheet (Excel) software programs.

- Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
