Located on the campus of the CMS 5-star skilled nursing facility, Exceptional Living Center of Brazil, residents will have the ability to experience a continuum of care if their medical needs progress. Residents of the assisted living center may choose to utilize the rehabilitation therapy services of the 105 bed skill nursing center after undergoing surgery or a hospital stay and then return back to their apartment at the assisted living community.
