Bridges We have an exciting opportunity for a Regulatory Affairs and Performance Improvement Analyst to join our growing team. The Analyst will be responsible for ensuring the compliance of all departments with applicable federal, state and industry regulations. In addition, this position is responsible for identifying potential compliance issues and developing strategies and procedures for ensuring compliance with the applicable regulations. The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience: A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and one year of related professional experience is required. Must have the ability to motivate and maintain effective working relationships in all levels of the organization and to rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Must have critical thinking and analytical skills, proven leadership ability, the ability to multi-task and prioritize appropriately, and strong organizational and time management skills. Must have general computer skills including the ability to use MS Office. Must have the ability to work independently and collaboratively. Driving is also required throughout the state, so individual must have a valid driver’s license and meet the organization’s driver insurability requirements. Salary commensurate with experience
