First, sorry my poor english.

I liked this site with brazilian food and I would like add some dishes that you forgot it.

Pão de queijo - cheese bread - made with cheese MINAS CURADO, starch (but is not MAIZENA and just a different kind of maizena that exist here in Brazil), eggs etc... It´s delicious and eat them in Minas Gerais, São Paulo and Rio. But you can find it in whole Brzil.
