Excellent SALES COUNTRY MANAGER opportunity
We are conducting a search for a Sales Country Manager for a company that is opening a Sales Office in USA. The Sales Manager will possess an energetic attitude and will develop a network of distributors and agents for flexible hoses for several applications and industries.
Sales Country ManagerJob Responsibilities:
- Develop distribution network across the USA;
- Identify and develop distributors and agents to serve the market;
- Establish and manage entire sales cycle with agents and distributors, from contract to logistics;
- Support and assist personnel from HQ in management of key OEM clients;
- Maintain contact with Technical Functions on HQ level for ongoing projects;
- Work on commercial offering in collaboration with Commercial and Technical function in HQ;
- Monitor supply chain;
- Develop sales budget and monitor results vs. budget.
Sales Country Manager Background Profile:
- 5+ years of sales experience, ideally in the sector of electromechanical components and in any case of markets made by distributors and agents;
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering/Technology or Business (or equivalent), University Degree in mechanical engineering is a plus;
- Strong customer orientation;
- Entrepreneurial thinking and strong commercial spirit;
- Ambition to grow;
- Ideally has already good commercial network;
- Able to work alone and in team;
- Availability to travel, both domestically and internationally.
