We are conducting a search for a Sales Country Manager for a company that is opening a Sales Office in USA. The Sales Manager will possess an energetic attitude and will develop a network of distributors and agents for flexible hoses for several applications and industries.


 


Sales Country ManagerJob Responsibilities:


  • Develop distribution network across the USA;

  • Identify and develop distributors and agents to serve the market;

  • Establish and manage entire sales cycle with agents and distributors, from contract to logistics;

  • Support and assist personnel from HQ in management of key OEM clients;

  • Maintain contact with Technical Functions on HQ level for ongoing projects;

  • Work on commercial offering in collaboration with Commercial and Technical function in HQ;

  • Monitor supply chain;

  • Develop sales budget and monitor results vs. budget.

 


Sales Country Manager Background Profile:


  • 5+ years of sales experience, ideally in the sector of electromechanical components and in any case of markets made by distributors and agents;

  • Bachelor of Science in Engineering/Technology or Business (or equivalent), University Degree in mechanical engineering is a plus;

  • Strong customer orientation;

  • Entrepreneurial thinking and strong commercial spirit;

  • Ambition to grow;

  • Ideally has already good commercial network;

  • Able to work alone and in team;

  • Availability to travel, both domestically and internationally.
