Seasonal Security Officer State Worker - Turkey Run - DEPARTMENT OF NATURAL RESOURCES - Marshall, IN

Job Description :

Turkey Run and Shades State Park state are looking to fill several temporary positions for the recreation season. The incumbent for any of these positions may be required to work afternoons, evenings, weekends and holidays. The successful candidate must be willing to work outside in potentially inclement weather and be able to perform in a fast paced environment. Available opportunities may include:

Security Officer:

• Monitor activities of visitors and report problems to property management or other authorities


• Check park boundaries, which may involve walking park trails


• Provide visitors with park information and regulations

Preferred Experience:
Valid high school diploma or GED; or one (1) year of work experience.
