ViaQuest is currently seeking a Scheduler to join our growing Home Health team. Our Scheduler works cooperatively with all team members to expedite the general flow of all matters pertaining to scheduling to include entry, sorting, auditing, and organizing of schedules. Ideal candidates have a sincere desire to provide the highest levels of care, choice and independence to the individuals ViaQuest serves.
Your Responsibilities Will Include…
- Preparing and organizing schedules for all employees.
- Ensuring successful delivery of schedules pertaining to all individuals served.
- Maintaining confidentially of all patient, agency and employee information.
- Ensuring proper submission of schedules within required timeframes.
- Various clerical duties.
We Are Looking For Someone That…
- Is at least 18 years of age and has a high school diploma or GED.
- Preferably has relevant experience or training in scheduling.
- Has working knowledge of Excel, Word and the internet.
- Is detail-oriented, organized and possess excellent customer service skills.
- Holds a valid state driver’s license, has personal automobile insurance coverage and an acceptable driving record and background check.
