Physics Laboratory Manager and Part-Time Instructor of Physics and Astronomy

The Department of Physics and Astronomy at DePauw University seeks a technically experienced applicant to serve as the manager of its laboratories and equipment. This is a full-time, twelve month salaried position. B.A. or B.S. in Physics (or related science) required, along with demonstrated computer and machine shop skills. Duties include: setting up introductory and upper-level physics laboratories; preparing lecture demonstrations; managing and maintaining laboratory equipment; operating the department machine shop; and assisting faculty members with the development and maintenance of research laboratory facilities.
