Targeting:

Minimum of Bachelors in Accounting, Finance or related field

3+ years of “hands on accounting” responsibilities in a Manufacturing environment

Previous Supervisor or Management responsibilities 

In this role you would:

Assist the Controller with overall financial affairs of the organization

Preparation of financial analysis of Operations

Provide both interim and final financial statements with supporting schedules

Review monthly balance sheet account analysis

Perform budget vs. actual analysis for the site on a monthly basis

Review and approve accounts payable

Review and approve applications for new credit arrangements

Monitor accounts receivable collections and cash postings

Prepare vendor analysis reports – communicating findings to Mgr. Purchasing

Coordinate with Purchasing Manager to improve vendor payable terms

This position will report to the Plant Controller.
