Assistant Prevention Educator - Council on Domestic Abuse, Inc. (CODA) - Terre Haute, IN






Provide domestic violence and sexual assault prevention education to children and adults in Vigo, Clay, Parke, Sullivan, and Vermillion counties in Indiana. Daily travel is required, and most speaking engagements will be directed towards youth in a school setting. Other requirements include public speaking ability, networking skills, the ability to plan and implement curriculum, flexible scheduling, and a desire to reduce violence in our community.
If you have had a personal experience with domestic violence or sexual assault, it must be more than two years since an occurrence.
All CODA employees are required to be included in the rotating on-call schedule and be willing to transport victims in their vehicle.
