IT SYSTEMS SPECIALIST- RESIDENTIAL LIFE
INDIANA STATE UNIVERSITY – IT Systems Specialist – Residential Life. The Office of Residential Life at Indiana State University is seeking an experienced and dedicated professional to support the Residential Life IT environment and operations. The person in this position will work stations, enterprise software applications, and other IT aspects of the environment. Activities will include troubleshooting and resolving operational issues with hardware and software; research and analysis on new technologies and new uses of existing technologies; upgrades to existing applications; implementation of new applications; training on Residence Life systems and hardware; communication to Residential Life staff and customers; and interaction and collaboration with external vendors and other IT support professionals at Indiana State University. The Indiana State University Residential Life environment, and the environment for the campus overall, is one of growth, service and excellence. The individual in this position is expected to have strong IT and communications skills, to work independently to solve IT problems, and to work collaboratively with others in support of our residents and of all Residential Life units.
