CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT - Old National Bank - Terre Haute, IN

Essential Duties:

• Coordinate expirations with producers.


• Obtain new and renewal business information.


• Assist in marketing of new and renewal business.


• Determine premiums.


• Prepare presentation packets.


• Maintain underwriting and marketing information by carrier.


• Check new and renewal policies for accuracy in rating, typing, coverages and signatures.


• Generate billing invoices.


• Ensure necessary items are delivered to clients.


• Ensure all electronic files are complete and up to date.


• Handle phone calls from clients and companies regarding insurance, claims or administrative situations.

Qualifications:

• 3 to 5 years of commercial insurance experience.


• Current Indiana Property & Casualty Insurance license is required.


• Thorough understanding of commercial lines underwriting, coverages and risk analysis.


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.


• Must be detail oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.


• Must possess outstanding customer service skills.


• Must be proficient in Word and Excel.


• Previous Agency Management systems experience is a plus; Vertafore/Sagitta preferred.


• Previous Document Imaging systems is a plus; Vertafore/ImageRight preferred.
