This person is someone who will coordinate our workforce for us. Duties includes the hiring process, including orientation and paperwork and placement. It also includes coordinating our current workforce of 40+ employees and making sure all accounts are staffed with Account Managers (front line cleaners) as well as accounts being filled when employees are off work – some hands-on cleaning will be required at times. This person must possess good personal relationship skills as well as basic computer skills. Other responsibilities include:
- Schedules interviewing by coordinating appointments online and by phone.
- Substantiates applicants’ skills by administering and scoring tests.
- Welcomes new employees to the organization by conducting orientation.
- Submits employee data reports by assembling, preparing, and analyzing data.
- Maintains employee information by entering and updating employment and status-change data.
- Provides secretarial support by entering, formatting, and printing information; organizing work; answering the telephone; relaying messages; maintaining equipment and supplies.
- Maintains employee confidence and protects operations by keeping human resource information confidential.
- Maintains quality service by following organization standards.
- Maintains technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing publications.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
