Assembly Technician Retail Merchandise - Assemblers Incorporated - Terre Haute, IN

Assemblers Inc. is looking for Technicians to build and assemble retail merchandise for major sporting goods, home improvement retailers and manufacturers around the United States. Common items include bicycles, grills, mowers, fitness equipment, wheelbarrows, outdoor furniture, and more.

The ideal candidate has mechanical experience, is a quick learner and is motivated to earn. Pay is based on the amount you assemble and we provide paid training to make you successful with the work. We offer flexible hours and opportunities for advancement, whether you’re looking for occasional work or a career position.

Requirements:
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Must provide own tools: Impact**drill (14v or 18v) and basic hand tools
Ability to work independently
Ability to reach and maintain prescribed productivity levels for assembly
Reliable transportation
Ability to provide a clean background screen
Ability to pass a drug screen

Compensation/Payment
Piece work commission/Non-Exempt: Average earnings $10-$16/hr
Paid training available
Annual performance appraisals
Electronically: Direct Deposit or Pay card
Bi-weekly: Every 2 weeks on Tuesday
