MUST HAVE:

BS Degree in Engineering or related field

3 years relevant PROCESS ENGINEERING experience

Knowledge of ROBOTICS, AUTOMATED MATERIAL HANDLING and COMMUNICATION NETWORKS

PROJECT MANAGEMENT experience

Proficient with MS OFFICE tools

DATA ANALYSIS, GD&T skills, and CAD experience

Strong communication and leadership skills.

Process modification & planning: Experience in reviewing product changes to determine required process or equipment modification. Experience designing production processes to meet safety, quality, cost & delivery targets. Investigate process bottlenecks to develop & implement solutions that increase throughput. Design AutoCad layout for new cells or cell modifications. Experience with manning level & standard work studies. Demonstrated analytical data based problem solving skills. Mechanical design: Ability to read & understand product & equipment mechanical design drawings & dimensions. Project Management: Demonstrated development & control of project master schedules & budgets. Experience writing project specifications & instructions. Experience managing vendor/team activities during design, fabrications, installations & integration. Communication/Leadership: Good overall written/oral communication skills, ability to summarize complex technical concepts in written & verbal content. Ability to lead groups to complete complex project & activates.
