Kelly Services is now hiring for entry level Factory Workers with Taghleef Industries (formerly AET Films) in Northern Vigo County. Previous experience is not required because Taghleef Industries provides a comprehensive training program to ensure your success. These positions are open to candidates with or without a high school diploma/GED.

You’ll be trained to assist plant operators in the manufacturing process for plastic film used in the food and beverage industry.

You should be flexible to work around loud machinery/equipment on a daily basis. Hearing protection is provided. You must provide your own steel-toed footwear, jeans/work pants, and t-shirt.

On this assignment, you’ll enjoy a rotating schedule which offers days off during the week to balance work, family and life! The 12 hour shifts rotate, so you must be flexible to work both days and nights.

Pay rate is $10.00 per hour up to 40 hours in pay period and $15.00 per hour after 40 hours in the pay period and paid weekly. Direct deposit or FREE pay card are available.
