2020 Companies has immediately openings for Field Retail Managers who sell, train, and evangelize Samsung products and brands in the country’s most well-known retailers.  Our goal is to ensure the retail-associates have the latest and most relevant product information at their fingertips when they are selling and demonstrating Samsung products.  Our teams visit retail stores in their territory on a rotating and systematic weekly schedule to ensure a consistent message is delivered in a timely manner.  Get ready, you are about to be at the center of the action as the latest and greatest tech toys hit the market!

Duties and Responsibilities:





  • Drive sales productivity through high quality, end-to-end direct sales

  • Schedule and participate in direct sales events

  • Create consumer awareness and product brand preference at the retail store level though training, assisted sales and merchandising

  • Build and maintain brand presence through increased shelf space and product placement

  • Effectively assess and communicate on-site needs such as marketing material and promotional collateral, etc

  • Educate customers and retail associates and make product recommendations

  • Effectively train retail associates to conduct quality sales presentations and customer demonstrations

  • Build effective professional relationships on behalf of the Company and client at both the store and customer level

  • Meet or exceed personal sales productivity goals and key metrics on a monthly basis

  • Advise customers by providing information and qualify on products and services

  • Accurately document and report sales, schedules, activities and best practices

  • Responsible for accurately tracking and communicating all activity to Management and/or Retail Operations as appropriate

  • Responsible for submitting all paperwork completely and accurately




Qualifications:





  • Associates Degree required; Bachelors Degree preferred

  • 3+ years previous retail selling experience in consumer electronics or other technical/wireless products preferred

  • 3+ years of successful training experience, preferably within direct marketing/telecommunications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to stage a consultative selling process that overcomes objections and connects with customer needs

  • Strong analytical skills and customer service orientation

  • Strong multi-tasking skills, time management and attention to detail

  • Ability to perform independently in an unstructured work environment

  • Ability to pass military background check

  • Must have and maintain reliable transportation and state-required minimum liability automobile insurance coverage

  • Ability to travel locally up to 50%
