Floor Technician (Terre Haute) - Office Pride - Terre Haute, IN - Terre Haute, IN

Responsibilities:

• Sweeping, mopping, burnishing, strip & waxing, carpet cleaning & scrubbing tile.


• Report at assigned times


• Clean floors to specification


• Clean within budget hours


• Clean/work to have green ratings 100% of time.


• Report concerns to GM or AL. (example: maintenance, safety issues of building, etc.)


• Follow all procedures (received in orientation and training)

Hours of Work:

• 20-30 hours of work per week.


• The regular scope of hours includes floor maintenance with our regular customers.

PAY RATE: $12.00 an hour

We provide a cargo van and gas to all work locations, and a trailer when extra equipment is needed. We provide all equipment and supplies for all jobs that are required for this position.
