• Program Coordinator/QD – Management level position (full-time) – Seeking a multi-skilled individual with leadership qualities for our Day Services program in Brazil, IN. This position must have the ability to stay organized with task-based processes while managing larger project-based creative programs! This position supervises a team of staff who provide life skills training opportunities with adults with intellectual / developmental disabilities. PC/QD manages the caseload for client programs, attends quarterly team meetings with the individuals served, writes program goals for each person, maintains files, updates and oversees our electronic tracking system for services, develops interactive programming activities for services, and coordinates with community agencies/volunteer sites for partnering opportunities among other daily responsibilities. Must be willing to lead by example in a “hands-on” approach for teamwork development. Degree is preferred. All training is provided. Benefit package available!
