Staff Pharmacist - Comprehensive Pharmacy Services - Brazil, IN
As a staff pharmacist at St Vincent Clay Hospital, you will fill orders with accuracy; maintain security of pharmacy and controlled substances; enter orders and patient information with accuracy; participate in clinical services; manage outpatient therapies; update the Director about the daily activities of the pharmacy; and aid the Director in maintaining the pharmacy. This position is scheduled to work every third weekend both Saturday & Sunday for approximately 4 hours per day . The hours fluctuate based upon business need. This position may include being on call the same days that you work, in addition to covering vacation and sick call shifts . Qualifications: Facility: St. Vincent Clay Hospital is a 25-bed critical care, community hospital that is JCAHO accredited and has served the community of Brazil since 1928. The pharmacy is open M-F 8:00-4:30 and provides weekend support. The pharmacy enjoys an excellent relationship with hospital staff and with each other. Management of the pharmacy is outsourced to CPS and all employees of the pharmacy are employed by CPS.
